The Data Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring and managing incoming and outgoing data feeds across multiple healthcare and pharmacy systems. This role ensures data integrity, investigates discrepancies, and escalates issues to the appropriate teams while maintaining comprehensive documentation and reporting. The analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
