340B Inventory Analyst

General Description 

Equiscript, LLC is looking for a 340B Inventory Analyst to support and manage key operational components of the 340B program. This position will have responsibility for pharmacy inventory management, wholesaler account setup, ordering and replenishment, ESP submissions, rebate model processes, and oversight of uninsured card programs with independent pharmacy partners. The role will work closely with pharmacy partners, wholesalers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely, and effective 340B program operations. 

The position requires strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of recurring operational processes, researching and resolving issues, working with data and reports, and communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Own and manage the 340B ESP submission process, including preparing and submitting claims, monitoring submission requirements and deadlines, researching exceptions, and resolving submission issues 

  • Work with ESP and manufacturer platforms to ensure accurate pricing, manufacturer restrictions, and applicable submission requirements 

  • Monitor and maintain processes related to 340B rebate models, including reviewing qualifying claims, tracking submissions and researching discrepancies 

  • Oversee uninsured card programs with independent pharmacy partners and coordinating resolution with pharmacies and internal teams 

  • Place pharmacy orders and ensure appropriate and timely replenishment occurs 

  • Monitor inventory activity and identify and resolve over-ordering, under-replenishment, and other inventory discrepancies 

  • Ensure receipt and processing of EDI wholesaler price files and invoices 

  • Set up wholesaler accounts and ensure proper implementation and ongoing maintenance 

  • Resolve issues related to inventory, over-ordering, returns, credit adjustments, and replenishment 

  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes, issues, and resolutions 

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external pharmacy, wholesaler, vendor, and manufacturer partners 

  • Assist with process improvements and operational efficiencies 

  • Perform additional duties as necessary

Preferred Experience 

Required: 

  • 340B program experience 

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or related operational environment 

  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and/or operational processes 

  • Strong Excel skills 

  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and/or wholesaler processes 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring deadlines 

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills 

  • Proven customer service and communication skills 

Preferred: 

  • Previous experience with 340B ESP or Truzo submissions 

  • Experience with manufacturer restrictions and 340B submission requirements 

  • Experience with 340B rebate models or rebate claim processes 

  • Experience overseeing uninsured card or discount card programs 

  • Experience with pharmacy inventory, purchasing, and replenishment 

  • Experience working with wholesalers, EDI, or pharmacy claims 

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred 

  • Experience with web-based applications, comfortable with AI 

Physical Requirements 

  • Requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, occasional stooping, and reaching; May require lifting up to 25 pounds; requires a normal range of vision and hearing with or without accommodations.
